She is an American College of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer and received the Recognized Young Dietitian Award of the Year in 2006. Current positions and books include:

Tenley Mirza, Office Manager and Assistant
Tenley Mirza has a bachelor’s degree in Biology from McGill University. She has worked as a Program Assistant at the Kellogg School of Management in Chicago where she ran an annual Corporate Governance Conference and helped to manage the office of the Dean Emeritus. She has always had a great personal interest in nutrition.
Jonah Soolman, RD LDN
Jonah Soolman holds degrees from Tufts University and the University of Massachusetts, where he graduated with a degree in Human Nutrition. He subsequently completed a dietetic internship at the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, a Harvard-affiliated hospital, in Boston. Before joining Foundations Family Nutrition, he was a researcher with the Tufts University Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy for whom he examined foods served in elementary schools across the country. Also a Certified Personal Trainer, he has helped both children and adults to achieve their fitness and athletic goals. His own athletic experiences include playing for his NCAA tennis team, completing marathons and triathlons, and riding his bicycle across the United States.
